The asset search that shows its work.
Judgment enforcement, disputes and diligence all run on one question: what does this party actually control? Every answer here comes with the recorded document behind it.
The job, as you would describe it.
You hold an eight-figure judgment against a debtor who, on paper, owns nothing. The transfers started eighteen months before the verdict: quiet deeds into fresh LLCs, family names, one mailing address that keeps recurring. Every fact you need is public. It is also scattered across four counties, and the clock on it bills by the hour.
The same job, with the record on your side.
Four steps: find, vet, watch, prove — weighted the way this work actually runs.
- 01
Vet: the party, traced
A dozen spellings and a dozen shells collapse into one answer you can interrogate. Every entity, every property behind it, and the evidence on every step — all in one place.
- 02
Find: the transfer pattern
Deeds clustered around the judgment date, nominal considerations shown as recorded, the same grantee address recurring — the shape of the story, each element a filing.
- 03
Prove: the exhibit trail
Every link names the office, the instrument and the recorded date. The underlying public document is one pull away, by you or by opposing counsel. That is the thing you would actually move into evidence.
- 04
Watch: after the judgment
Any new deed, mortgage or satisfaction by any entity the debtor controls reaches you the day the county publishes it — including entities formed after you set the watch.

Straight answers.
Can I rely on this in a proceeding?
We do not give legal advice, and what you would actually move into evidence is the public document itself. What Mimir gives you is the pointer that makes that fast. It shows the office, the instrument and the recorded date on every link. You, or opposing counsel, can pull the original independently.
Is this a consumer report?
No. Mimir is property and entity intelligence built from public records. It is not a consumer reporting agency and is not for credit, employment, insurance or tenancy eligibility decisions. Entity and natural-person outputs are kept separated.
Which jurisdictions does the search cover?
New York, New Jersey and Florida property records, with the chain to a human owner live in New York and Florida. We state what we cover and never guess past it. The absence of a holding in a state we do not cover is not evidence of absence. The product will not pretend otherwise.
